All inquiries regarding items purchased on redbubble (gift items) or society6 (art prints) must be directed towards those particular websites customer service as I will not have any access to your information to help with orders.

Please allow 20 business days before reaching out about the status of your order (allow up to 30 business days for any shirt order due to the production time shown below) and allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to show movement. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. I will NOT have an update for you if you reach out prior to the stated time period as your order will still be in production. Emails will not result in an update, estimated shipping date, or faster turnaround time. Thank you for understanding. Orders will ship as they are produced. Pillows, mugs,tote bags and shirts will arrive in separate shipments due to different projected production times as described below. Please note this before sending an email about "missing" items.

MUGS: 3-12 BUSINESS DAYS
PILLOWS: 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS
TOTE BAGS: 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS
These are fulfilled by third party vendors and may arrive in separate shipments. These items are generally produced in 3 to 5 business days plus shipping time (see above info for COVID-19 delays). T-shirts and sweatshirts are standard unisex sizes. A size chart in inches is provided, please refer to it to help. Due to the fact that I do not have these items on hand and they are made on demand, I am not able to accept any exchanges or returns. Please be sure of the sizes before you order as there is zero flexibility in this policy. Some people have experienced a glitch in selecting sizes or colors. Unfortunately I am not able to fix this with Shopify. You may want to retry ordering at a later time or on a different device. If you order and discover the size and/or color is not what you selected, email me immediately as soon as you see the checkout receipt. The sooner, the better chance I am able to fix before the order begins with production. Apologies for the inconvenience.

There are framed print options, canvas prints as well as phone cases for select designs. No further product categories will be added to Society6.
All information regarding available size options, shipping and any other relevant details can be found through the above linked page. Should there be any issues with prints, please reach out to society6 as I am not able to check on the status of any print orders.
For all handpainted/original art pieces or any special sale items listed (unless otherwise specified), U.S shipping will be handled via USPS (small paintings and drawings), larger paintings are shipped via UPS, and International Shipping via USPS/UPS. Customer is responsible for any and all fees, taxes, duties, customs etc for shipping to their country. These on hand items are shipped within 7 business days of purchase and tracking is provided.
Discount codes are only active during the time specified and no price adjustments will be made on orders placed before the code becomes active or after it expires. Discount codes are limited to one use per customer, please keep this in mind before you checkout. The best way to stay informed on discounts is to follow my instagram @theebouffants

Allow extra shipping time for destinations outside of the US. These items can take up to 20 business days to arrive depending on how far your country is from the United States as well as any shipping/customs delays. Keep this in mind!
I am not responsible for any lost/delayed packages in transit or anything shown as 'delivered', please contact the carrier to work out a solution for any lost/marked as delivered items. I will provide whatever tracking information I have and you must contact the carrier to initiate an investigation. If you are outside of the US and choose a shipment carrier that does not have tracking, there is no way for me to give you an update and no refunds will be issued in the event of a missing package. Please choose a carrier with reliable tracking if at all possible.
Be sure the correct billing and shipping information is entered at checkout to prevent any issues with delivery. Ensure that you provide the address of a secure location for packages to be shipped to as refunds cannot be provided for stolen items.
