Shipping and Purchase Information

***As of 11/12/2020, all clothing items are fulfilled by Spreadshirt and home/gift items are fulfilled by RedBubble. If there are any issues with those orders, you must contact their respective customer service channels listed on their websites.*** 

Items from the ACCESSORIES section are made to order. Allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be produced and shipped to you. Tracking (FedEx) is provided and all sales are final.  No returns/substitutions/exchanges/cancellations.

You are responsible for entering a correct address before checkout as stated below.

HOME AND GIFT ITEM POLICIES

Please review the policies below carefully and before emailing. Policies as well as projected production times are subject to change at any time without notice and by purchasing, you agree to the stated terms. Thank you for your support and understanding! If an order is not able to be fulfilled, you will receive a refund notification.

USPS SHIPPING IS SUBJECT TO DELAY DUE TO COVID-19. TRACKING IS PROVIDED AND ANY FURTHER CONCERNS MUST BE HANDLED WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIERS ONCE YOU RECEIVE TRACKING NUMBERS. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES WITH LATE/DELAYED/IN TRANSIT OR PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED. YOU MUST BEGIN AN INVESTIGATION WITH THE POST OFFICE. SHIPPING TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (INCLUDING PUERTO RICO) ARE SUBJECT TO EXTRA DELAYS.

Be sure the correct billing and shipping information is entered at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to enter this correctly and double check your address prior to checkout.  Once an order goes through to production it may not possible to change/cancel with the vendor. If it is possible to cancel, your order, you will receive a refund and you will have to place your order again. 

Ensure that you provide the address of a secure location for packages to be shipped to as refunds cannot be provided for stolen items. 

ALL ITEMS EXCEPT ORIGINAL ART AND ACCESSORIES SECTION ITEMS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS AND/OR DHL. This is set from the vendor and there is no way to change it.

*There are no refunds, substitutions, exchanges or order cancellations and everything is final sale. Be sure of what you would like before placing your order. Orders are not able to be expedited or combined under any circumstances and unfortunately packing slips are not able to be removed for items purchased as gifts nor are gift notes able to be included*

Please allow 15 business days before reaching out about the status of your order only if you have not received tracking information after that time period and allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to show movement. If you meet the above requirement to reach out, please provide your order number and name of recipient if it is different than yourself. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. I will NOT have an update for you if you reach out prior to the stated time period as your order will still be in production. Emails will not result in an update, estimated shipping date, or faster turnaround time. Thank you for understanding. 

CURRENT PROJECTED PRODUCTION TIMES. (NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING TIME): 

GIFT/HOME ITEMS: 7-9 BUSINESS DAYS  

Orders will ship as they are produced. Pillows, mugs, tote bags, pouches, and shirts will arrive in separate shipments due to being fulfilled with different vendors. Please note this before sending an email about "missing" items. 

Colors may vary when printing images on different items and any such variations are not considered a defect. 

If there is an issue with producing your order due to size/color unavailability, I will be in touch with a refund notice. Refunds will be issued only in the event that an order is not able to be fulfilled. 

If you have received the wrong item or size (that is different than what is on your original order), please email, (NO DMs ON INSTAGRAM!) theebouffants@gmail.com or reply to the confirmation email. within 3 days of delivery (as marked delivered by the post office) and with your order number and photos of what you received to arrange a replacement. No claims without photos will be accepted, any claims MUST be made in the 3 day period as specified above.


PRINT SHOP INFORMATION:

 All prints are now fulfilled via society6. https://society6.com/theebouffants

There are framed print options, canvas prints as well as phone cases for select designs.  No further product categories will be added to Society6.

All information regarding available size options, shipping and any other relevant details can be found through the above linked page. Should there be any issues with prints, please reach out to society6 as I am not able to check on the status of any print orders. 

 For all handpainted/original art pieces or any special sale items listed (unless otherwise specified), U.S shipping will be handled UPS. These on hand items are shipped within 7 business days of purchase and tracking is provided.

Discount codes are only active during the time specified and no price adjustments will be made on orders placed before the code becomes active or after it expires.  Discount codes are limited to one use per customer, please keep this in mind before you checkout.
