Shipping and Purchase Information
For all handpainted/original art pieces or any special sale items listed (unless otherwise specified), U.S shipping will be handled via USPS and International Shipping via USPS. Customer is responsible for any and all fees, taxes, duties, customs etc for shipping to their country. These on hand items are shipped within 5 business days of purchase and tracking is provided.
PRINT SHOP INFORMATION:
All items listed are printed with the @theebouffants mark. There is no option to remove this mark. Colors may vary from monitor to monitor or between different devices, these variances in color are not considered defects. Printing of the colors is done as accurately as possible and textures within the individual artworks are not considered defects.
Prints are fulfilled by a new third party vendor and prices have increased from before. Apparel items are still fulfilled separately by another vendor so if you order these things together, they will arrive in separate shipments. The turnaround time from when you order to when you should receive prints is under a week. In the US, all print orders are fulfilled via USPS Priority Shipping and tracking will be given to you when it becomes available.
There are no refunds, substitutions, exchanges or order cancellations and everything is final sale.
**International Print Orders**
Unfortunately the cost of international shipping is quite high and out of my control. The estimate from the vendor starts at around $40 and the prints are sent via USPS Priority International. Prices depend on the size of prints ordered and the destination. I can get you a specific quote for your order if you provide me with what prints you want to order, sizes and your destination country. If you would still like to order I will need to send you a separate invoice for the difference in shipping cost to pay in addition to your order. Your order will only be sent for fulfillment once the separate shipping invoice is paid. Email email@example.com for quotes/info on international print shipping.
I am not responsible for any lost/delayed packages in transit or anything shown as 'delivered', please contact the carrier to work out a solution for any lost/marked as delivered items. I will provide whatever tracking information I have and you must contact the carrier to initiate an investigation. If you are outside of the US and choose a shipment carrier that does not have tracking, there is no way for me to give you an update and no refunds will be issued in the event of a missing package. Please choose a carrier with reliable tracking if at all possible.
Be sure the correct billing and shipping information is entered at checkout to prevent any issues with delivery. Ensure that you provide the address of a secure location for packages to be shipped to as refunds cannot be provided for stolen items.
Apparel/accessories are fulfilled by third party vendors and may arrive in separate shipments. These items are generally produced in 3 business days plus shipping time.
Please allow up to 10 business days before reaching out about the status of your order and allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to show movement. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Most vendor fulfilled items should be received in one week in the US, however, allowing 10 business days is a reasonable amount of time to ensure arrival. Allow extra shipping time for destinations outside of the US. These items can take up to 20 business days to arrive depending on how far your country is from the United States as well as any shipping/customs delays. Keep this in mind!

Discount codes are only active during the time specified and no price adjustments will be made on orders placed before the code becomes active. Discount codes are limited to one use per customer, please keep this in mind before you checkout. The best way to stay informed on discounts is to follow my instagram @theebouffants
Damages: Unfortunately I am unable to control how carriers load/handle packages and damages may occur on occasion. Should an item arrive damaged, please email email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue to work out a replacement. All inquiries will be replied to within 3 business days.
