SHIPPING FAQ

Thank you for shopping with me! Below are some frequently asked questions about shipping and the items sold on my website:

Christmas delivery (best chance at receiving items) cutoff is 12/15. Extreme delays are currently happening with USPS, please be patient and know that once you have tracking information that shows movement, it will be on the way albeit later than expected. I am not able to do anything once your item is in transit. I cannot be held responsible for any stolen packages, please ensure you have a secure location for delivery. 

1. How can I ensure my order details are correct?
When ordering, double-check your selections for size, color, quantity, or other variant accuracy. Be sure to take accurate measurements of your space prior to ordering prints. All available print sizes are clearly listed in inches and centimeters. Customer is responsible for ensuring their shipping address and email address (be aware of typos) is accurate and secure for delivery prior to completing checkout.

2. Who handles production and shipping?
All items, including prints, apparel, accessories, and home goods, are produced upon ordering and shipped directly to you by third-party vendors. Shipping regions include the USA, EU, UK,Ireland, Scandinavia, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

All artwork is created by Kendra Dandy and is copyrighted. The instagram handle @theebouffants appears on all prints and apparel items and there will never be an option to remove it or sell the items without it.

3. Can I return or exchange items after purchase?
No, there are no returns, exchanges, order adjustments, adding to already placed orders, cancellations, combined orders, expedited shipping, or special requests (such as gift notes or wrapping). You must be sure of your order prior to completing checkout. Items are made to order and immediately pushed through to production so it is not generally possible to make changes to orders nor can any order already in production be cancelled. 

4. What sizing should I expect for apparel?
Apparel uses standard unisex sizing. Please refer to the size chart in the item description before selecting your size.

5. When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information will be provided via EMAIL within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your purchase. During the Christmas holiday season there will be additional delays due to volume at the post office and with production volume. Items may ship separately due to production at separate facilities, and tracking updates may take up to 72 hours after you receive the tracking number. Please note that I do not have any additional details or updates beyond what is shown on your tracking number/link. Be mindful of any birthdays/holidays/special occasions and allow the maximum time for items to arrive as I am not able to give an estimated arrival time or any updates beyond this.

6. What if my order hasn’t arrived?

Please wait 10 business days before contacting about the status of your order if you have not received tracking information. If you have received your tracking and have questions, you must contact the carrier as I do not have any special access to more tracking details.  I am not responsible for delays with USPS or able to assist with stolen packages, failed deliveries, incorrect addresses provided by the customer or those marked “delivered” in any way, you must contact the carrier for help. Sellers do not have any special contact with the post office and only know what is shown on your tracking link. 

7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If this occurs, email theebouffants@gmail.com (no DMs) with clear photos showing the issue (including the outer packaging) and your order confirmation to start the replacement process within 5 days of delivery date. Please ensure your order is sent to a place where it can be inspected for any possible damages before the end of this 5 day period. Photos are required to go forward with any damage claims. Variations in color from your screen, texture present in the art, elements on the edges cropped to fit print sizes, or things that are part of the design (including my handle @theebouffants) are not considered defects. Unfortunately, items cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of heart or wishing to change a size so it is important to choose carefully.

Issues with items purchased at various retailers or anywhere outside of this website must be handled through their respective customer service channels as I am unable to assist in any way.

8. How can I take advantage of discounts? Discounts are shown on the announcement bar on the homepage. Only one discount may be used at a time. No price adjustments are possible for orders placed prior to the discount becoming active. 


9.  Do you sell or provide digital files of your artwork so I can print my own items?

No. I never plan to sell any digital copies of my art and printing anything with my art is prohibited. It is also not permitted to copy/repaint/reproduce my work in any way.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. 

The only items available for purchase via the website are shown on the website, please do not search for or inquire about products seen at various retailers.
